More About Me

I'm a mother of one, wife and fur momma. I spent the first 15 years of my adult life working in the IT field as an IT Tech. I discovered my true calling is serving others and went into public service as a College/Career Advisor with one of our public school districts while teaching adults continued education after my full time job. I then moved to another public service position where I manage a program that offers low income women a medicaid subsidy to care for their annual exams, family planning and other wellness services. I stumbled upon Mindset wellness when I hit my major breakthrough in my life from guilt and regret of past decisions and actions that caused so much insecurity, depression, anxiety and feeling unworthy. Now my goal is to help as many women, and men, anchor themselves for happiness, reach their goals, reclaim power and lead extraordinary lives.
